AGM News - January 2018

Our President Tom Laird retired from his post at the AGM. Tom has done most of the jobs in the club. Ten years as Secretary followed by a stint at Vice Chairman and Chairman. Then onto Vice President for fourteen years and finally President for another fourteen years. We wish him well but he will still be around keeping an eye on us.

Stewart Robertson has taken over now as President, with Norman Gowans taking on the Vice President as well as Secretary. Albert Connelly has stepped aside after twenty seven years as Competition Secretary. Keith Riddick has taken on the role of Competition Secretary as well as his final year as Chairman. Albert will continue as a committee member and assist Keith in his new role if needed.

Most things have stayed the same with the only big change was to the scoring system for grass and tar Autotests where bonus points will be added for overall positions. Keith will put something out explaining this before the start of the autotest season.
