Autotest Tyres

Following last night’s Committee Meeting, it has been decided that the Alpha Racing Ultra Harper tyre that has become the preferred option on recent grass Autotests, and any similar open pattern/aggressive tyres, will be prohibited on our Solway Car Club events in 2025.

Over the coming weeks, Solway Car Club will produce a list of allowed tyres for next season onwards. We feel this is necessary to futureproof the use of the fantastic venues we get offered, and we hope all our members will understand.
