Our first 12 Car Rally of the year, with 6 Entries (3 Expert, 2 Semi-Expert and 1 new Novice).
Another event with some challenging clues, short sections and FOG(!) with a tied win (dropping time on the same 2 sections, a tricky wee clue near the Doach Wood which on reflection did not need the DOA given, the clue-master got us there!) for Scott Peacock & Keith Riddick (3 penalties) and Mark McCulloch & Kirsty Riddick (3 penalties) with Richard Dickson & Roger Alcorn on (8 penalties).
In the Semi-Experts, it was a win for Nancy Dickson & Greg Alcorn on 35 penalties, Rebekah Russell & Mairi Riddick on 51 penalties. Usual suspects Rab Henderson & Peter Game missing from the pack, hope to see them on the 28th.
We were delighted to be joined by a new Novice crew: Robin Jeffrey & Crawford Ross. However due to some issues changing the headlight bulbs in their chosen steed on Wednesday afternoon, they became Crawford & Robin before they reached the start! An honourable performance first time out with only a little training, and look forward to seeing them back on the 28th for more!
