12 Car Rally – 16th November

Our first 12 Car Rally of the Autumn, with 7 Entries (3 Expert and 4 Semi-Expert). The Captain adapted to LHD in the mighty Rover with ease (“it’s OK, my road sweeper is left hand drive…”) and he & Keith Riddick finished on just 1 penalty. Richard Dickson & Roger Alcorn were next 3 penalties, with John & Mark McCulloch on 70 penalties.
In the Semi-Experts, first pair were Nancy Dickson & Greg Alcorn on 28 penalties, ahead of Rebekah Russell & Mairi Riddick on 72 penalties. Rab Henderson & Peter Game were just one minute behind on 73 penalties, with first-timers Liam Harkness &Harry Marchbank on 246 penalties.
