AGM – 7th January

The AGM will take place on Wednesday 7th January 2026 at the Kings Arms Hotel, Castle Douglas. 7.30pm for 8pm start.

Agenda: an Agenda including the Financial Statement will be emailed to all 2025 Members.

Apologies: please submit to norman@gowans.co.uk asap.

Any other Competent Business: If you have any issues that you wish to raise please get in touch as soon as possible before the AGM to allow time to circularise members for consideration. Otherwise, subject to the permission of the Chairman on the night.
