AGM – 10th January

The AGM will take place on Wednesday 10th January 2024, at the Kings Arms Hotel, Castle Douglas. 7.30pm for 8pm start.

Agenda: an Agenda incl. Financial Statement has been emailed to all 2023 Members.

Any other Competent Business: If you have any issues that you wish to raise please get in touch as soon as possible before the AGM to allow time to circularise members for consideration. Otherwise, subject to the permission of the Chairman on the night.
