Chris Adams

We are saddened to share the news of the sudden death of long-time Club member Chris Adams on 11th June 2023 at the Eden Festival.

Chris was a keen competitor on both our Grass and Tarmac Autotests, as well as more latterly competing on all three of our Solway Coast Targa Rallies alongside his father, Harry, and enjoying our Family Car Treasure Hunt last summer with his children.

Solway Car Club sends its condolences to Chris’ parents Harry and Elma and partner Jooly, and his children, sister, extended family and many friends.

Chris’ funeral will take place at Roucan Loch Crematorium on Friday 30th June at 1.00pm. All friends are respectfully invited to attend. Please wear whatever you like, band T-Shirts are welcome.
