It's a bit of a long shot, but I am contacting all the local car clubs to try to find out some details about a shell that I have purchased.It's a Ford Escort Mk2, Registration number UPT235R, the colour was red. It competed in quite a few rallies around the Dumfries and Galloway region around 2000-2003.
The car is currently being extensively restored into a rally car again, but without the VIN number which was not attached to the car, the DVLA will place the car on a Q plate.
If you or any of your members could help at all, it would be very much appreciated.
